Job Title: Account Executive

Location: US only (remote position)

Job Summary

At Oberon Technologies we are dedicated to the success of our customers and providing continuous value. We are looking for an Account Executive with high integrity, great energy, self-discipline, and strong initiative.  The ideal candidate will have experience in VR and demonstrate the ability to consistently generate revenue and exceed quotas by identifying and closing new business across new logos and existing customers.  We need someone who is skilled at managing enterprise technology sales environments from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify new sales leads
  • Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
  • Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company solutions
  • Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current
  • Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments
  • Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
  • Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
  • Meet and/or exceed quotas

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of sales experience in enterprise software sales (VR software preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Working knowledge of CRM software
  • Ability to negotiate win-win agreements with customers
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations and proposals
  • Fast learner, quick thinker and enjoy solving complex problems
  • Passionate about sales and pursue opportunities and navigate external and internal obstacles
  • Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment
